Full maintenance - includes edging, weeding and mowing (fortnightly) - £95/year
One off - edged, weeded and mowed - £40
Full re-turf and 1 year maintenance contract (as per No. 1) NB. it is the resident's responsibility to water for 2 months - £210

PAINTING

One-off repaint (existing colour) of front door, frame and portico. Includes rub down and fill. Inclusive of materials - £86
Full front or back elevations can be quoted on request.
